Ryan Theriot will be the first member of the Cubs to take the franchise to arbitration since Mark Grace in 1993.

Theriot asked for $3.4 million, while the Cubs filed at $2.6 million.

RealGM Note: Theriot was ranked 280th in season FIC during the 2009 season and 'deserved' a salary of $2.7 million.
