Ryan Theriot hasn't been anointed the Cubs leadoff man in 2010, but manager Lou Piniella already has hinted he probably will get the nod.

"We have Theriot and (Kosuke) Fukudome, (who will) probably hit one-two, somewhere in there," Piniella said recently.

Alfonso Soriano will move down in the lineup.

RealGM Note: Chicago's leadoff hitters were ranked 21st in OBP with a mark of .335 in 2009.
