The Athletics and free-agent outfielder Gabe Gross have reportedly reached terms on a one-year deal.

Oakland hasn't announced the deal, but it is believed to be worth $750,000 with incentives that could increase it's value to $1 million.

Gross hit .227 with six home runs and 36 RBIs in 282 at-bats for the Rays last season.
