In addition to free-agent outfielder Jermaine Dye, the Cubs are looking at Xavier Nady as a possible option as well.

Nady missed most of the 2009 season after undergoing Tommy John elbow ligament replacement surgery in July.

Nady's agent, Scott Boras, told FOX Sports that his client is on track to be ready for Spring Training.

The Cubs also haven't ruled out bringing back Reed Johnson.
