Dodgers center fielder Matt Kemp has agreed to terms on a two-year contract for about $11M, a deal that buys Kemp out of his first two winters of arbitration eligibility.

The club also avoided arbitration with right-handed starter Chad Billingsley, signing him to a one-year, $3.85M contract.

Dave Stewart, the agent for both players, confirmed both agreements on Friday, according to an ESPN.com report.
