Jason Marquis has agreed to a two-year, $15 million contract with the Washington Nationals, sources confirmed to ESPN The Magazine's Buster Olney on Monday.

The deal is pending a physical.

Marquis went 15-13 with a 4.04 ERA in 33 starts for the Colorado Rockies last season.
