The Braves are waiting for a market to develop for pitcher Derek Lowe.

Atlanta has six starting pitchers and are waiting for free-agent John Lackey to find a home before they push to deal Lowe.

Sources told FOX Sports that the Braves are content to wait until Lackey comes off the market.
