The Nationals are reportedly looking at Alex Gonzalez and Adam Everett as options at shortstop.

Both Gonzalez and Everett could still re-sign with their 2009 teams, the Red Sox and Tigers respectively.

Washington plans to move shortstop Cristian Guzman to second base.
