The Phillies could make a change at third base this winter.

They declined the option on Pedro Feliz's contract Sunday, though they haven't ruled out bringing him back.

There are a number of third baseman on the free agent market, including Adrian Beltre, Chone Figgins and Mark DeRosa.

Philadelphia could also entertain the idea of signing Miguel Tejada, a career shortstop that is open to playing third base.

"We've already had a couple of teams approach us about trades involving third basemen," general manager Ruben Amaro Jr. said.
