Alex Rodriguez has credited his 'simple' approach to hitting, but says he was outdone in the simplicity department on Wednesday by Cliff Lee.

?I did keep it simple today,? Rodriguez said after suffering through easily his worst postseason game this October. ?[Cliff Lee] kept it even more simple.?

Rodriguez went 0-for-4 and struck out three times.
