Phillies pitcher Pedro Martinez took a ball off the bat of Pedro Feliz during a simulated game on Sunday.

Martinez was fine and continued pitching without any noticeable problems. He threw two innings, facing 12 batters and throwing 50 pitches.

Philadelphia has yet to name a Game 2 starter for the World Series. Cole Hamels and Martinez are the candidates.
