It is looking more and more like Joe Blanton will start Game 4 of the NLCS for the Phillies.

Philadelphia manager Charlie Manuel has yet to make an announcement.

"I've had plenty of work," Blanton told the Philadelphia Daily News. "I'm not rusty. Two-hundred innings into the year, for the most part you are either there or you are not."
