Fans in Texas that purchased playoff tickets in hopes that the Rangers would qualify aren't getting their money back in a timely manner.

Tim Cowlishaw of the Dallas Morning News is reporting that the team won't refund fans until sometime in November because "the money is tied up with MLB."
