Dodgers manager Joe Torre has one year left on his contract and doesn't envision working past the 2010 season.

"I have one year on my contract and I don't anticipate it being more than that," Torre told the Associated Press.

However, he added: "I've said that before and my wife doesn't believe me at all."

Torre, 69, is in the second year of the three-year deal he signed with Los Angeles after 12 seasons with the Yankees.

"I never get tired of this stuff, that's one thing I found out," he said of the postseason. "You think once you win it, you say, 'OK, I got it, I don't need to do this anymore,' but you do. You need to do it."
