The Mets and Dodgers are clashing over the continuing hamstring problems of shortstop Jose Reyes. Reyes was initially examined by the team doctor of the Dodgers back in May when the Mets were playing on the West Coast. The doctor mistakenly diagnosed Reyes with a calf injury and it was only after he returned to New York that Mets physicians were able to diagnose the problem as a partial tear to a hamstring tendon. The Dodgers aren't happy that the Mets are hinting they contributed to Reyes' health issues.
