The Phillies have decided to move Pedro Martinez to the bullpen, giving J.A. Happ the start in Game 3 against the Rockies.

Martinez was scheduled to start Game 3 on Saturday night, but the game was postponed due to inclement weather in Colorado.

"It's been 10 or 11 days since Pedro Martinez pitched in a game," Philadelphia manager Charlie Manuel told the Associated Press. "And also, the weather had something to do with it."

Manuel added that Cliff Lee will start Game 4, while Cole Hamels will get the ball in Game 5, if there is one.
