Twins shortstop Orlando Cabrera can become a free agent after the season.

However, Cabrera wants to remain with the club, which said that it'll retain the infielder if the price is right.

Cabrera made $4 million this season, but the Pioneer Press speculates that his market value could be as high as $12 million for the next two years.
