A Florida girl who grabbed Ryan Howard's 200th career home run has gotten the ball back after suing the team.

Jennifer Valdivia, 12, scooped up the ball this summer when the Phillies where in Miami playing the Marlins. She was then escorted to the Phillies clubhouse and then exchanged it for an autographed ball.

The girl's mother filed a lawsuit Monday seeking the home run ball's return.
