Texas pitcher Kevin Millwood has appeared in enough innings to guarantee himself a $12 million contract in 2010.

Millwood needed 4 1/3 innings entering Monday's start against the Athletics.

He went seven innings in the Rangers' 10-3 victory, allowing no runs on three hits.
