Trevor Hoffman has enjoyed his time with the Brewers and would like to return to the team next season. "I don't want to start over in an another organization, I can tell you that," Hoffman told MLB.com. "Everything has gone very well here. They've made me feel more than welcome. If I have the choice, I'd really like to come back here. But that isn't my decision." The closer signed a one-year deal with Milwaukee this past winter after spending 16 seasons with San Diego. He has 585 saves in his career, the most all-time.
