Josh Hamilton didn't travel to Baltimore with the Rangers after having a bad reaction to a shot.

The center fielder had the shot in an attempt to reduce the pain from a pinched nerve in his back.

"Hopefully, [Saturday] he'll feel comfortable enough to get back on the plane and we'll be able to get him back in there," Rangers manager Ron Washington told the Associated Press. "If there is any way Josh can play when he gets here, he'll play."
