Brad Penny is excited to pitch against the Dodgers as a member of the Giants.

"Yeah, I'll look forward to that," Penny told the San Jose Mercury News of pitching against the Dodgers in mid-September.

Penny and the Dodgers did not have an amicable divorce when the club turned down his $9.5 million option after last season.

He called his final year with the Dodgers "a miserable situation "... especially when people don't believe you're hurt."
