Jake Peavy lasted just 3 1/3 innings in a rehab start for Triple-A Charlotte on Saturday night.

Peavy was hoping to throw between 80-100 pitches, but tossed just 68 pitches.

He had tightness near his throwing elbow, according to the Chicago Tribune.
