Buster Posey will not be called up by the Giants before the end of the 2009 season.

"He just got out of college last year. There's no rush," general manager Brian Sabean told the San Francisco Chronicle. "He'll be totally evaluated at the end of the year. Let's let him get through this year."

Posey is hitting .289 with four homers, 14 RBIs and a .917 OPS in 83 at-bats for Triple-A Fresno.
