David Ortiz has struggled for a majority of the season, and he admitted Thursday that he's dealing with more than just hitting issues.

Ortiz told the Boston Herald, "I'll be all right. Sometimes, my head's a little busy, but I've got to keep on playing, right?"

The designated hitter had an average of just .125 during a recent nine-game road trip.
