Talks between the Blue Jays and Phillies on a trade involving Roy Halladay are "not going well," according to a source. The two teams have continued to discuss a trade, but both sides have already rejected proposals. Philadelphia wants to land Halladay without dealing any of their top prospects, and Toronto remains steadfast in their request for top-flight talent. "If the Phillies think for one minute that they're going to get this guy for anything other than top dollar, they'd better go get Cliff Lee," an executive told ESPN. As a matter of fact, they just might be what the Phillies do. They sent a scout to watch Lee pitch in Seattle on Sunday. However, many believe that the Phillies will have to give up top prospects for Lee as well.
