The Angels have reportedly offered the Blue Jays a package that includes Jered Weaver for Roy Halladay.

They have been red-hot as of late, and like the Phillies, the Angels view Halladay as the final piece in the race for a World Series title.

"We have no financial constraints," owner Arte Moreno told the Los Angeles times.
