Cubs first baseman Derrek Lee was forced to leave Saturday afternoon's game against the Reds with neck spasms.

Lee hit an RBI triple in the first inning and singled in the sixth, but he fell in the visitor's bullpen trying to catch a popup in the bottom of the sixth inning.

The incident may have aggravated his troublesome neck.

On July 11th, Lee was pulled from a game with neck issues.
