The Rays aren't against trading Scott Kazmir, and the Angels appear intent on adding an arm to their starting rotation.

ESPN.com is reporting that Tampa Bay has done a good amount of scouting on the farm system of the Angels, which could mean that the two teams are discussing a deal.

Tampa Bay has reportedly remained in contact with the Blue Jays and Indians about Roy Halladay and Cliff Lee, respectively.

Because of that, it appears as though a three-team deal could be a possibility.
