Shaun Marcum, who is recovering from elbow surgery performed last September, made his second rehab start with class-A Dunedin on Saturday.
Facing the Yankees' Tampa farm team, Marcum allowed two runs on five hits in three innings, didn't walk a batter and struck out five. If he doesn't suffer any setbacks, the Jays are hopeful he'll be able to return during the first week of August.
