White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen has a message for people that aspire to become a big-league manager.

"Be careful what you wish for. This is a lousy job. It's a terrible job. Don't get me wrong. I love it, it's what I want to do, but in this job you're never right," Guillen told the Cleveland Plain Dealer.
