Major League Baseball announced today that four National League All-Stars have committed to participate in the 2009 Home Run Derby.

The four first basemen on the National League All-Star roster ?- Prince Fielder of the Brewers, Adrian Gonzalez of the Padres, Ryan Howard of the Phillies and Albert Pujols of the host Cardinals -? will be the N.L. representatives.

Three of the four players have participated in past Derbys, while Gonzalez will be making his debut in the event.
