Yankees manager Joe Girardi was ejected in the first inning of the team's game against the Blue Jays on Monday.

Girardi came out of the dugout to argue with umpire Marty Foster after Derek Jeter was caught stealing third.

He was ejected just twice last season, but has already been given the boot three times in 2009.
