Blue Jays ace Roy Halladay has declared himself ready to start for the club on Monday.

Halladay threw a bullpen session on Friday, and expects to face the Rays on Monday.

The session was Halladay's second this week, and he has been out since June 12 because of a mild groin strain.

He is 10-1 with a 2.53 ERA this season.
