CC Sabathia left his start against the Marlins on Sunday after throwing just 28 pitches.

Sabathia, who left with the Yankees trailing 1-0, got just four outs and allowed three hits.

Roughly an hour after he departed, the YES Network reported that he was suffering from tightness in his left biceps.

He walked one batter and struck out another, giving up an RBI single to Wes Helms in the bottom of the first inning.

Sabathia didn't head into the start with any sort of injury. The weather was hot and humid in Miami, Florida.
