Giants manager Bruce Bochy is thinking about removing pitcher Jonathan Sanchez from the team's starting rotation.

"I can't answer that right now," Bochy said when asked if Sanchez would make his next scheduled start. "We're talking about what we can do as far as skipping a start with the day off (Thursday) and making an adjustment. We haven't decided which way we're going to go yet."

Sanchez is 2-7 with a 5.43 ERA in twelve starts this season.

"It includes everything," Bochy said of what the 'adjustment' might include. "Change the order. Put Jonathan in the pen possibly. Sure, it includes everything."
