Kansas City's Zack Greinke surrendered a home run in the second inning to Lyle Overbay of Toronto on Friday night.

It was the first home run allowed by Greinke in 111 innings pitched.

Greinke led all of a baseball with a 1.10 ERA heading into the matchup with the Blue Jays.
