The Mets hope to get shortstop Jose Reyes back in the lineup on Friday in Washington.

Reyes is eligible to be activated from the disabled list on Friday.

Manager Jerry Manuel said Reyes will play in games Tuesday and Wednesday in Port St. Lucie.

Reyes has been sidelined by tendinitis behind his right calf.
