Chien Ming-Wang pitched two scoreless innings of relief for the Yankees against the Rangers on Wednesday night.

Wang struck out two, facing the minimum six batters in the eighth and ninth innings.

The performance lowered Wang's ERA to 20.45.

His ERA was 34.50 when he returned to the team last Friday against the Phillies.
