The Indians are struggling, but aren't ready to deal last year's AL Cy Young winner Cliff Lee just yet.

Cleveland general manager Mark Shapiro has said that it's not the right time to deal Lee, and he feels as though his team is currently underachieving in a weak division.

However, if the Indians do put Lee on the market, the Phillies and Mets are expected to express interest.
