Cubs reliever Chad Fox's career could be in jeopardy after yet another injury to his troublesome right elbow.

Chicago placed the right-handed reliever on the 15-day disabled list Sunday after he hurt his elbow while pitching against Milwaukee on Saturday.

"I feel sorry in a way for this organization, because they've given me so much," Fox said. "As a player, you want to be able to go out there and compete and give it all you've got and to get back. And it's hard. It's hard to swallow. But like I said, I've got no regrets."
