Alex Rodriguez didn't waste a pitch to make his presence known.

Making his 2009 debut after recovering from pre-season hip surgery, Rodriguez deposited the first pitch he saw into the leftfield stands at Camden Yards for a three-run homerun.

The homer gave the Yankees' a 3-0 first inning lead over the Orioles.
