Phillies manager Charlie Manuel says that Chan Ho Park isn't yet in danger of losing his spot in the team's starting rotation. "Two starts in my mind is not a big chance," Manuel said. "We look at the best pitching we could put forth, whether it's in our bullpen or our rotation. It's still early and we don't want to lose games. At the same time, when you commit to somebody, you've got to give him a right chance." Park beat out J.A. Happ during spring training for the spot. He has an 8.68 ERA with five strikeouts and four walks in 9 1/3 innings of work this season. |
