Former Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich wrote a hand-written note to Cubs' manager Lou Piniella in 2007.

Blagojevich made a suggested line-up change, specifically recommending Alfonso Soriano bat third, followed by Derrek Lee and then Aramis Ramirez.

Blagojevich also included a cartoon from the Sun-Times, which compared Piniella and Blagojevich.
