Angels manager Mike Scioscia believes that umpires acted unjustly after he and three of his players were ejected following a brawl with the Red Sox.

"I don't think it was handled very well," Scioscia said. "Both dugouts emptied and yet our side [got] the wrath of the umpires."

No members of the Red Sox were ejected.

Crew chief Joe West said the Angels got the wrath because they deserved it.

"The Angels were the aggressors. That's why they were ejected," West told the Orange County Register.
