Brad Wilkerson, who left the Red Sox late during spring training to consider other options, is on the Pawtucket Red Sox roster and will be in uniform for the PawSox' first game of the season.

The move was expected, but the organization had not made it official that Wilkerson would be sticking with the Red Sox. In 42 at-bats with the Sox this spring, Wilkerson had five hits and struck out 18 times.
