"That's better served coming from him and I'm sure he'll be close to the vest," Sabean said of managing partner Bill Neukom's expectations. "But we've already made some steps to check things off the relative list of wants and needs to make the organization better, including with me going forward. "The organization, and my position, has expectations and objectives. We hope to meet them and if we do, I'm sure everything is going to be smooth sailing.
