Andrew Brackman, the 6-foot-10 right-hander the Yankees drafted in the first round of the 2007 First-Year Player Draft, will be making his full-season debut with Low-A Charleston.

Phil Hughes, Ian Kennedy and Kei Igawa will form 3/5ths of Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes Barre's starting rotation, and will be joined by right-handed relievers Anthony Claggett and Steven Jackson.
