Phillies pitcher Cole Hamels wants the team's fans to relax in the wake of his spring elbow issues.

Hamels re-joined the Phillies on Wednesday after getting an anti-inflammatory injection in his troublesome left elbow.

"They have nothing to worry about," said Hamels. "They don't need to go jump on the bandwagon of freaking out. I try to be honest with you guys and tell you the truth as much as possible, and if I was in serious pain, I'd let you guys know."
