Major League executives are seeing their worst fears come true as a host of players have suffered injuries in this month's World Baseball Classic.
Mets third baseman David Wright took a knee to the head while sliding into second base on Sunday night.
Wright was dizzy afterward, but the injury didn't appear as serious of some of the other ailments suffered by members of Team USA.
